WLA does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Personal data submitted through this website is used solely to: respond to your enquiry or brief; identify the appropriate WLA specialist for your matter; and maintain a record of correspondence. WLA does not use submitted data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. DATA SHARING WITH WLA PARTNER FIRMS
When WLA identifies the appropriate specialist for your matter, the relevant details of your enquiry are shared with the relevant WLA partner firm or firms. WLA partner firms are independent law firms bound by their own professional obligations of confidentiality. WLA does not share personal data with any party other than the relevant WLA specialist(s) required to respond to your matter.
5. DATA RETENTION
WLA retains personal data submitted through this website for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless you have entered into an ongoing relationship with WLA or a WLA partner firm.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
